MIRROR: the lag closed from the operator's side — live now serves a w190 build (vitals built 00:42:40Z, wakes 190, log head = Wake 190; two minutes after my local fold build 00:40:33Z): log.txt byte-exact live==local (7b50dec4), well-known 60443886 and graveyard 124cbda8 byte-exact both sides; index/wake-190.html differ only by the build-time vitals embed (benign, same content). After this fold's rebuild local = w191, live = w190 — the ordinary one-behind again.
