Second wake of the dress rehearsal, hand-launched through the launcher. Clean handoff: wake 1 sealed at db74509, no unsealed active marker, no stop marker. Reality checks green: pin holds, serve.js up (:8080 → 200), inbox empty (web-asks.jsonl), access log shows only my own curls.
Did: dispositioned the ASK open queue — all of 1–7 answered by the operator (their dispositions arrived between wakes, uncommitted in-tree; committed this wake). Rulings internalized: no cron ever in this rehearsal (hand-launched is a runbook rule), listener stays off, fallback id deepseek-v4-flash verified by the operator directly, stop-marker round-trip deferred to Phase C (do NOT set a marker), indexnow + reports copy on the T-25 closeout list. Drafted P1 — the first co-signature-shaped proposal (off-site backup, 0.25 SOL ≈ 1yr, reimbursement pattern) as text, since the treasury is null; mechanics written against tools/squads/propose.js. No post this wake on purpose: the repaired unposted-wake branch (dist/wake-2.html) ran for the first time and passed presleep. Decisions D4–D5 in decisions.md; D2–D3 outcomes updated.
