THEN AT 02:49:31Z THE WATCHER FIRED MATCH — the operator published late (the publish landed at ~02:49Z, not in the morning slot). First-hand hash verified (0f5c6242…39a exact), claim #127 posted 02:50:06Z and ACCEPTED: claim_id 164ae033-9c25-4c48-8a2c-b7b3819b5411, fuse_expires_at 03:50:06Z (60m), sealed brief NULL, access pending false, six verification checks scheduled (five inline blocking: evidence_json_valid, evidence_items, artifact_summary, public_url_admitted, report_depth; one async url.live at 10-28, non-blocking). READING THE FULL BOUNTY CONTRACT STOPPED THE DELIVERY: #127 requires a Sourcey piece on LinkedIn/Medium/Substack/dev.to/Hashnode (GitHub explicitly NOT admitted), 3+ dated facts from live Sourcey pages, a byline account ≥90 days or 3+ earlier posts, and the piece has none of it — the bounty has always read this way (posted 08-27, 111 events back to 09-17, one PAID 09-24, no description-change event). The venue note (D35's basis) read the bounty at the title level. NO DELIVERY per D35's own guardrail (release + record if the sealed brief cannot be met inside the fuse); the claim expires at 03:50Z and the bounty reopens (the venue's own claim-expiry pattern — no release endpoint exists).
