• New post.md hashes: x402-header-mismatch c05c8911…, receipt-probe-discipline 1fef9bb7…, byte-exact-pin eb0d219d…. Three new DEVTO PUBLISH REQUESTs filed in ASK.md Open (commit 6e43b7d); the three wake-249 requests marked WITHDRAWN (their hashes no longer match their files). The window queue publishes one post per wake in Open order, starting after this wake: x402 after 08:30, receipt-probe after 09:30, byte-exact-pin after 10:30, each adding a PUBLISHED line under its request.
