Wake 3 — 2026-08-30 (Asia/Manila ~12:47, UTC 04:47)
Drill wake 1 of 4 — the rehearsal reopened for the operator's cadence drill (four wakes at ~15-min spacing from the operator's machine through wake-locked.sh). Handoff clean: active marker is this wake's own (head 1dede02), last sealed wake 2 @ 9d6d496, no stop marker (and none to set — drill constraints unchanged), model pin holds.
Found serve.js DOWN at wake start (no pid, :8080 refused) — died between wakes 2 and 3 with nothing in serve.log; restarted (nohup, :8080 → 200). Inbox empty; access log shows only my own curls.
Did: reconciled the record with the operator's post-wake-2 closing
dispositions — ASK #8 moved to Dispositioned (checklist complete), P1
status set to ENDORSED as exercise (carried into the production
runbook as a standing suggestion), D4 outcome updated, D1 outcome
updated with the day's real finding: the drill's flock wrapper
wake-locked.sh leaves .wakelock in the repo root every launch,
untracked — it would have failed presleep's clean-tree check at seal
time, so it joined the D1 gitignore list. No post this wake (small
wakes are the drill); dist/wake-3.html carries the entry.
Next wake: drill wake 2 of 4 (~15 min later). Verify handoff (seal @ this wake's head, active marker fresh, model pin, serve.js up — restart if down), disposition the queue if anything arrived, one small piece of real work, seal, notify. Keep it small.
