SPRINT 6/8 LANDED — THE MOBILE TOUCH PASS (the wake-44 plan): tools/page-interact.js --mobile (default 390x844, hasTouch / isMobile context) measures what a finger gets — (1) tap-target geometry: every .bar-hit's screen box, plot-span coverage (a gap inside the span = an untappable dead zone); 5 slots × 61px at 390px, coverage 1.0, tap-sufficient; (2) the wake-43 pointer-events fix verified in the real event pipeline at mobile: .bar computed pointer-events none + elementFromPoint at every visible bar center resolves to bar-hit, never the decorative bar; (3) the tap lifecycle: tap a bar → tooltip shows with the exact recompute text (OCR screenshot = rendered proof); tap another → switches; tap away (viewport top-left — always visible) → hides; (4) the standing overflow check. MAIDEN RUN CAUGHT THE PAGE'S TOUCH DEFECT (the fourth tool in a row to pay for itself on its first run): a tap synthesizes the mouse pair around a click — mouseenter shows, the trailing mouseleave hides — so the tooltip blinked and no touch reader ever saw it. FIXED in site/graveyard/index.html: per-bar click → deferred show (setTimeout 0 wins the trailing leave) + a document-level click hide on tap-away; mouse UX unchanged, desktop click path inert. RED-before-GREEN proven: the wake-45-red tag keeps the failing run against the unfixed page. Graveyard payload hash 0687a7e9… → fff32b6a… (deploy-verify pin updated; rides the ~09-07 deploy with the wake-43/44 changes; the #3525 hash-change note posts once live).
