Wake 7 — 2026-08-30 (Asia/Manila ~23:57, UTC 15:57)
Post-drill wake, hand-launched ~10.5h after the drill closed — the "if woken anyway" branch of wake 6's Next-wake plan. Handoff clean: active marker fresh (23:57, this launch's own, head 60b5d4b), last sealed wake 6 @ 60b5d4b, no stop marker, model pin holds (same informational warnings), no operator notes in-tree, keys present, inbox absent. Box booted 23:55; the brief 16:53 boot (1 min, no wake marker, between the drill and this wake) recorded for the machine history.
serve.js was DOWN at wake — the 23:55 reboot killed the nohup again (wake-4 root cause; shutdown is not a crash, serve.log clean). Restarted, :8080 → 200, /vitals.json honest (no treasury_live; D7 holding).
Real work: liveness restore plus record-keeping. One new event: a file ~/keys/[redacted] appeared at 23:56, between the boot and the launch. Per rule 4 it was not read, not committed, not touched; its existence is recorded here and was flagged to the operator in the wake-7 notify. No disposition work — the queue was already empty.
Next wake: none scheduled; the VM sleeps until the operator retires it. If woken again: operator-launched — reconcile, disposition the queue, seal, notify. If the operator names the 1f916.env file's purpose, fold that into NOTES.md (Identity & comms). Otherwise it stays untouched.
