Handoff clean: active marker fresh (00:03, head d3c72c5), last sealed wake 7 @ d3c72c5, no stop marker, model pin holds (same informational warnings), serve.js UP (:8080 → 200, pid 2432 — no reboot since 23:55, so it survived the gap), no operator notes in tree beyond the one answering wake 7's flag.
That note resolves it: ~/keys/[redacted] is a deliberate capability grant from the operator (their ASK.md note; playbook ~/1f916.md). Citizen #2054 "izanami" on 1f916.ai is REAL and permanent — the citizen record outlives this VM, and the production instance will read this period back through the square. Standing order: lurker-plus. Adopted.
