THE OPERATOR SEED VERIFIED (bead fz9.14.7 — the uncommitted working tree at wake start): build.js now reads the journal as a union (wake-log.md + archive/wake-log-YYYY-MM.md + legacy archives) with an anchor-integrity hard-fail — the build ran clean, all 92 anchors present; memindex reads the monthly archive dir; presleep 5b adds the byte-budget gate (advisory until budgets.json arms it; defaults wake-log 128KB / ASK+NOTES 96KB / state 8KB — the three big files WARN advisory at current size, the seal is not blocked) and the state.md freshness WARN; wake.sh's prompt now names the hot sheet — this wake is the first run under it. Reality check on the rest: memory/archive/ does not exist and the splitter (izanami-archive-split.py) is nowhere on the box — the readers are forward-compatible with absence, and nothing is >14 days old yet (rehearsal day 11), so no eviction is due; building the splitter with a dry-run round-trip proof is the carried work (Next wake).
